Reception staff always very helpful and friendly. Excellent English speaking staff. Room was very quiet, we had a view over the car park which is free and secured. Breakfast was excellent. Have stayed in the two adjacent hotels previously at a much higher cost, but always had cause to complain. This hotel absolutely no complaints a great relief will definitely be returning to this hotel. Very close to the lake which is an excellent place to walk or use the fitness trail.. Tea and coffee making in the room.

Small rooms but perfectly okay for one night. Two restaurants with good choices of food and drink. Reception staff very welcoming and knowledgeable. Bar staff a bit dismissive but restaurant staff very friendly and efficient. Plenty of parking in open area outside.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, dog friendly, lovely lake right next door to walk around. Casino and restaurants are next door too. Coffee and Tea facilities in the room too!

I liked the location, it is situated near the lake, perfect for a nice walking after dîner. The room was OK, good size and comfortable. There is terrace where you can eat or just relax.

Very clean and comfortable room overlooking a small lake. The good "brasserie" in the same location is a real added value. It is the ideal place to have a break during a business trip

Staff were really friendly and helpful, really tasty breakfast, beds were comfortable. The best part is the location, right on the lake, really beautiful around sunset, take a walk around the lake and explore, highly recommend.
